Fragments Reborn gives discarded material a renewed presence at BACC pop-up in Seacon Square Srinakarin. Sumanatsya Voharn's exhibition, curated by Alizz Vichchou, runs from 3 October to 22 November 2026.
Wood, ceramics, bricks and natural fragments become the basis for an enquiry into value, memory and continued use.
Repair as a way of seeing
The work connects craft practices with the histories held in damaged objects. Some pieces are intended to remain usable, bringing the exhibition's questions back into everyday life.
Look at what has been retained rather than only what has been repaired. A crack or irregular edge can record an object's earlier life, while a new arrangement changes how it is encountered. The exhibition invites attention to the decisions through which something dismissed as waste becomes worth caring for.
This is an off-site BACC presentation, not a show in the main Siam building.
