Cloudy and Friends: Happiness in the Isan Countryside closes on 11 October 2026 at the BACC pop-up in Seacon Square Srinakarin. Tanatip Nachalong's silkscreen work combines personal memory with an imagined cast of characters.

Cloudy, a yellow cloud-headed figure, acts as the artist's companion and alter ego within this world.

A landscape of attachment

The surrounding characters draw on the plants, animals, landscapes and everyday life of Isan. The artist frames the work through childhood experience and an emotional attachment to home.

Look at how a character carries a feeling that a direct landscape image might express differently. Colour, repetition and small changes of gesture can turn a place into a personal narrative. The show offers a point of entry for visitors interested in both printmaking and character-based art.

Check the off-site location carefully when planning this final-weekend visit.
