Almost There brings a group watercolour exhibition to BACC from 17–29 November 2026. Presented as a meeting of 14 Thai artists, the show highlights different individual approaches to a shared medium.

The works will occupy the curved-wall display areas on the third and fourth floors.

One medium, different decisions

Watercolour rewards attention to what is left untouched as much as to what is painted. During a visit, compare how different artists organise light, edges and areas of colour rather than assuming that a single technique produces a single style.

The exhibition's open-ended title provides another point of entry. What might remain unresolved in an image, and how can that sense of being almost somewhere become part of its appeal? These are viewing suggestions, not a claim that every artist approaches the subject in the same way.
